FAQS

Welcome to our FAQspage! Below are the most common questions we get. If there is something you want to know not noted here please email hellobeau@beauher.com, will reply with in 24hrs.

What soap bases do you use? As of right now, we use the following soap bases: Goat's Milk Soap Base, Cocoa Butter Soap Base, Aloe Soap Base, Shea Butter Soap Base, Honey Soap Base, and Hemp Soap Base.

Tell me more about your added ingredients: Depending on the soap recipe, I like using Sweet Almond Oil, Aloe Gel, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Honey. Some soaps will have mica powder and/or glitter (skin safe as used in cosmetics). Also, petals like Calendula, Rose and other beneficial petals could be used in the making of soap. All ingredients will be noted on each soap bar and beauty product.

Are all batches the same? I do my best to ensure each batch comes out the same for each recipe, do keep in mind all products are handmade and hand-poured by me. Variations will occur. If a product has new or added ingredients, those will be noted in the product's description. 

Do you accept custom orders? At the moment we are not working with custom orders. 

How can I best preserve the soaps and products I have ordered? It s recommended to keep your soaps and all bath and body products in a dry place away from direct sunlight. This will prolong the life of the items and it will preserve their colors. Please keep in mind it is recommended to use your soaps and other handmade products within a year of purchase.

Tell me more about your shipping process USPS is the method of shipping at the current moment. Once your order is received, processed, and the shipping label is created; you will get an email confirming the tracking number. Your package can be expected between 3 to 7 business days. Keep in mind holidays may affect the timing of delivery. Please note all packages are shipped with the most care. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages. We will work with you within reason. Always double check your shipping address, if you entered a wrong delivery address, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued.

What are your shipping charges?  

  • $4.50 shipping on all orders under $10.00
  • $6 shipping on all orders over $10.01
  • Orders over $60 receive complimentary shipping.
  • Currently we do not offer international shipping (working on this).

Do you offer local delivery or pick up? At the moment we do not offer local delivery. We might revise this the future.
